Kindness is a behavior marked by ethical characteristics, a pleasant disposition, and a concern for others. It is a virtue because it exemplifies the glorification of the human spirit in its highest form. It is by an act of your Free Will that must choose to be kind to others. My heart breaks when I see someone homeless on the streets, or if I see any animal that has been neglected or harmed in any way.
